Whether you are a commercial client or a residential one, you will get everything you need for the job to be undertaken accurately.

Residential: $119 – includes our accurate measure service, plans & specs where required. 

Commercial: $149 – includes our accurate measure service, plans & specs where required.

+ $20 – for CBD and/or apartments

+ $20 – if we need to pick up &/or drop off keys from a real estate agent or property owner (please note that this service is only available  within 5kms from the property to be measured. In all other cases, we will require access on our arrival)

You will receive our expert measuring service, plus a tailored layout plan and a specs list where applicable. For carpet measures, you will receive a cutting list.

No, all bookings must be done online. You can always call us after making the booking if you want to double check that we’re coming out to you, but as we don’t charge much for our service, we’ve cut out the costly things like additional staff to answer calls, when all the info you need is right here on our website.

We use sophisticated software and measuring techniques to accurately map-out areas you can be sure to rely on, time after time. In fact, in the highly unlikely instance that we’re at fault of a mis-measure, we’ll be more than happy to investigate and if we’re found to be at fault, we’ll cover the cost to rectify the cost of the particular item within 24hrs of inspection.

Knowing how to balance wastage and place joins in suitable areas is certainly a skill set developed from experience, which we have loads of! We use our discretion to determine the best layout for the job with minimal wastage. In many cases, you’ll find that we’ll send various layouts for you to choose from. We’ll let you know the wastage for each option so you can decide the best option.

In this case we provide the net usage amount required for accurate quoting from the provider. The wastage amount is determined by the store.

No problem, simply add a note when making a booking. If you forget to add the note whilst making a booking, no problem, send us an email and we’ll provide a plan to suit within 1 hour or less. 

No problem! We’re measure masters, not measure amatuers! Let’s say you’re looking for multiple variations or product types to be quoted on. Let us know and we’ll generate the plans needed at no extra charge. 

Yes! Send us an email with instructions on what needs to be done and we’ll make the changes within 1 day for you, free of charge. It’s normally done within 4 hrs.

Floor plans: Crystal clear colour computer-generated drawings emailed to you in PDF format.

Material usage: Know the exact amount of materials needed including % wastage amount.

Cutting lists: Clear plan showing tradies where cut & fills go.

Seam plans: Clear plan showing where all joins are located.

Trim totals: Total amount of trims or Scotia needed for each job.

Substrate type: Floor-type so trades can rock up with the correct materials.
